1) Is this shop authentic?

Yes, this is my official shop. If you're not sure, please send me a direct message through my Instagram account.

2) 'Beta'?

I'm new in e-commerce and testing whether my creative business would work as an online shop, so there might be some trial and error. Like every entrepreneur, I'm at the minimum viable product (MVP) testing stage. If everything goes as planned, I'll establish a fully-fledged company.

3) What guarantees do you offer?

The shop is built on two established international platforms: Shopify and Printify. This alone is a safety guarantee, as neither of them would risk their reputation for a fake store. I don't share personal data, nor do I want to compromise the trust that customers put in me by purchasing my products. If you have any questions, you can contact me through my social media (@perezfecto) but of course if you don't feel 100% comfortable, I'll understand.

3) What does 'POD' mean?

POD stands for Print On Demand. This means I don't have a physical inventory of products or a warehouse to store them where I live. Instead, Printify acts as a middle-man: I only create the designs but they're in charge of production and shipping worldwide.

4) Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, since my store operates on a POD model (read question #3). This means it's integrated with international suppliers who produce and ship my products when customers purchase them.

5) How much does shipping cost to my country or city? How long does it take?

The price and shipping time frame may vary depending on your location. You can review the options offered by my store when you get to the checkout stage. Please note that the product is manufactured outside of my country and I have no control over delivery times. However, if you notice any unusual delays or would prefer a refund, please let me know.

6) Do you sell other products besides prints?

At the moment I only sell prints and my book (in spanish). But I am considering new products if there is interest, such as t-shirts, tote bags, stickers, phone cases, shower curtains, etc. Any suggestions? Please let me know.

7) Exchanges? Refunds?

As you know, I don't have a warehouse to store or inventory products, so I can't accept your order if it's not what you wanted. You would have to pay for a new one, but in that case, I will refund the payment for the first product so you don't lose your money.
